When you reserve a spot through our website, your slot is temporarily held by us. This temporary reservation lasts for a duration of forty-eight hours from the online request. To complete the registration process, you must complete an in-person transaction. You are required to visit our registered corporate office to complete the booking.

During this visit, you must settle the complete booking fee. If you fail to visit our corporate office and clear the balance within the forty-eight-hour window, your temporary hold expires automatically. The slot will then become available for other patrons to book.
To maintain security and verify bookings at the course, all participants must present valid government identification on the day of their scheduled activity. This includes documents such as a National Registration Identity Card.
The identification name must match the name registered during the initial booking process. Failure to produce valid government identification upon arrival at the course will result in immediate cancellation of your session. In such cases, the session will be classified as a breach of terms, and no refund will be provided.
Players must arrive at the golf course exactly one hour before their scheduled tee time. This early arrival is necessary to facilitate the administrative check-in and identification procedure.
If a participant fails to appear at the course within this timeframe, the booking is classified as a no-show. In this scenario, the slot will be forfeited, and we will not provide any refunds or scheduling alternatives under any circumstances.
We understand that personal schedules can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we provide a structured cancellation system that balances flexibility with our operational needs. You can submit cancellation requests up until the day of your scheduled session.
When an eligible refund arises from a valid cancellation, we require your direct banking information to initiate the return transfer. We process refund payouts on our end within twenty-four hours of receiving your valid personal bank credentials.
However, the actual time it takes for the funds to show up in your personal statement depends on your banking institution. It can take up to seven days for the funds to reflect in your account. We are not responsible for any internal processing delays caused by third-party banking firms.
These terms are compiled in accordance with the laws of Singapore. This includes the Contracts Act and the Consumer Protection Fair Trading Act. We handle all personal details collected during booking or refund transactions in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act
Our advertisements do not utilize fake pricing or deceptive claims, matching the consumer safety policies enforced by Google. Any legal disagreements arising from these terms will be resolved through the courts of Singapore.
